Awesome job! You sure have some really nice tools for dealing with disassembling pallet wood. Just today my arm is sore from jerking those pesky nails out once I got them broke down. I have pallet blaster similar to yours and I use a awl punch to get the nails out, that works great for the small wood but the bigger frame pieces are horrible to get out. I finally just ground them off.
I need to build something like this. I was a little stuck on the wheels, but really like these. The only part I wasn't too keen on was the sides. I'm afraid I would trash those quick throwing junk in, but good build.
This is great thank you! I am about to start a mobile chicken coop build and don't have a welder or a million dollars for a big enough utility wagon frame and I seen these rotating wheels and thought about using these. Since you've already built something with these can you foresee an issue I might run into using these types of wheels?
They are called pillow blocks...bought mine at P&T .…(a local omelette Upcycle store) or you could buy them online or perhaps at a automotive store. Thanks 🙏🏽
Wish I would've seen this about 10 years ago before I made my fishing cart. I started with a child's wagon from the flea market & used that as a base for my fishing cart; always kind of regretted that part of it because that's the weak point in the build. This looks like it'd work better, be less problematic, and cost less besides.
Great idea! Our garden cart has almost rusted away but the wheel are still good. As soonas I find a decently sized pallet..... What is that tool you used o drive out the nails at about 0:50?
I know this video is old but I was wondering if you or anyone here in the comments could tell me where can I find does 360 degree wheels so I can make my own cart
Okay I have to ask what you used close to the beginning to get rid of those nails? It looked like you blew them out of that board!!! What was that and where do I buy one?
I’m making a wheelbarrow from an old water tank and I’m wondering what castors are they? Also, are you totally satisfied with them doing turns etc? Thank you so much for your video.
How much did the wheels cost? I'm planning on making a foldable pallet wagon and I'm currently trying to figure out how much Ill need to save up to do it
I wanna build a wagon becouse in our country garbage truck cant go in becouse our street is tiny so i take out garbage to get 50 dollars every week becouse 1 dollar per garbage.
MIssy H Thank you Missy! I could but the shipping would be very expensive. You may be better off buying something similar closer to where you live. I’m in New York. Or maybe you have a local craftsman near you that could build it for you. I appreciate your interest! Best wishes!
thank you for your quick reply... but i 've just slow down the video and i saw the label on the store was 10 inch wheels... didn t you buy these?? anyway thanks again for your time..
fnakos haha! Yes I did. I went to the website from the store I bought them from instead of looking at the actual wheels themselves. I’m glad you found the answer 😁😉
You would garner more respect and you would have less dislikes for this video if you were more transparent about the tools(and price of tools) required for this project.
