Help I need what supplies for quilling and what kind if paer to use I need yo make several mothers day presents so asap please please

What materials are needed for quilling

I need to find 2mm white quilling strips. All I find is either 3mm white or 2mm in assorted colors. I tried a pasta maker to make my own strips, but the paper bent and wrinkled, leaving the strips useless (I used regular and light card stock paper). I am frustrated to see these beautiful quilled flowers and have no way to make them because it's impassible to either cut 2mm strips or buy 2mm strips in just white (I have no need for other colors). I really wanted to do bouquets of quilled flowers for Christmas presents. Is there anyone out there that can help me? Thank you...
