Thank you for sharing I just order some heart molds last night I decided to make treats for family and friends for the Valentines Day. And tonight I ran across your YouTub. I’m so excited to try this idea
This tutorial saved my life because Valentine’s Day is coming and I have 6 super great teachers that I have to make this for so thank you so much your the best
😅 yes you can make your own box, also check Walmart they have those boxes for $2.99 and those are more firm. You can find them by the gift bags. It’s a pack of 3 boxes. Thank you for watching my videos♥️
Just got this mold in the mail from Amazon in the largest sixe they make and I made sure that I bought the thinner mold since the newest mold is extremely too thick and breaks it almost every time. This mold looks very similar without the legs to hold it up which is what causes it to break. Most of the molds come with multiple hammers so look for them when buying.
I want to make these a little early for V-Day (prepping) so I’m not overwhelmed. How long can the smash heart stay in the fridge and still be fresh and yummy? 💓
Thank you Melissa🥰 that’s a great idea, they are going to love it♥️ You can do it! Remember if it doesn’t come out the way you want it the first time you can just break it and reuse the chocolate so nothing goes to waste😉
Hi so i dont understand. I use the SAME chocolate but mine is always clumpy. why is that? yours is like silky smooth. i even tried adding oil but it doesn't make it super runny like yours :(
Hi Simran candy melts can get a little tricky to melt but once you get the hang of it it’s good, try to do intervals of 20 seconds and don’t over heat it, if it get clumpy that’s because you’re overheating it. When I over heat it I just let it cool down. You can also used a thermometer and the right temperature is 80 degrees. I hope this helps😊❤️
Hi Toni I don’t sell them sorry I can’t give you guys an exact price! But I have seen people selling them for $35 to $40 the chocolate heart with 6 chocolate strawberries. Thank you for watching my video😊❤️
This is amazing! Quick question.. new to chocolate hearts but typically how long can they stay out of the fridge? So how long does a customer have in order for it to not melt?
Hi Andrea thank you 😊 once the chocolate is set it won’t melt, just keep it in a box sealed and you should be fine, you can make it a few days before. Thank you for watching my videos ♥️
Hi Brandy sorry for the late response the box is pretty big is 11x17, I got it at the 99 cents store, they also have smaller ones. Thank you for watching my video🥰
Maybe use melted chocolate around the edge to act as a seal to the bottom of the cardboard if you know what I mean abit like when you melt to half's of an easter egg 🙈 haha so hard to explain what I mean
2nd layer... you say 10 seconds, is this accurate or did you mean 10 minutes? Mine keeps cracking , I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Do u wait a bit for the 2nd layer when you remove from freezer?
Hi Abbie yes I meant to say 10 minutes😅 , try to do the first layer thick specifically around the sides and edges, take you time with the first layer, and on the second layer concentrate around the sides, and yes wait a little bit when you remove it from the freezer so it won’t break. I hope this helps ☺️
Hi Nancy that happens when the first layer is too thin, just add more chocolate to the first layer specially to the sides, that used to happen to me too. Thank you for watching my video😊❤️
