I love it and I love that everything is from Target! I appreciate that you didn’t use a porch sign. I’m amused everyday I pass by a house with a sign that literally says “PORCH “ , you know in case you forget where you’re at. 😊

Hey Katie! Patio looks lovely and inviting! We’ll done. It all coordinates beautifully. Don’t you love it when it all comes together like that? Every time it happens I get more confidence to do online orders and impulse purchases, knowing I’m able to accurately visualize the final result. BRAVO! Quick Pro Tips: 1. Unpack all parts, break down shipping box, assemble item on top of box to protect it. 2. Never EVER fully tighten screws until assembly is complete. Pieces will go together more easily. You might not even need Brian! 3. Using a power drill/driver is risky. I’ve stripped screws/bolts and even snapped their heads off! Better to use at the end to do final tightening. Learn from my mistakes! 🤣🤣
You did it again, it is beautiful! But then I’ve loved everything you’ve done. And I’m going back to when you refinished the hutch and removed the wood strips from your glass kitchen cabinets. 🙌❤️🙌

The Patio turned out beautiful. Love it all. If you want to keep your plant alive. I believe Home Depot’s carry these gage’s you can check the plant for when to water so it does not get to much or not enough. I use they for all my inside and patio plants. They don’t cost very much. In the garden department I believe. Anyway your patio looks great. Love the chairs and that cute pillow!! The Perfect place to sit and relax!! 😍👍 Great job Katie!!

It turned out beautifully! Add a outdoor ceiling fan! It’s so hot in Florida. I added a ceiling fan to my outdoor patio space, so much more enjoyable now ! Thanks for sharing this beautiful transformation!💗👏🏻👏🏻💗

Perfection Katie! I totally agree - you honored the style of your house and everything looks so pulled-together and intentional, down to tying in the black with the plant! I also really like the furniture you picked; it’s the perfect size for your porch and looks comfy but not too big. Love it - congrats!! I was planning on updating my back patio and I think I am going to pick up that rug and wreath! 💕
I love the transformation. And so you know in the future if you guys get any wasps or bees nests again do it at night they're less active and easier to kill the hive. I learned that years ago when we owned a house LOL

Looks fabulous! You outdid yourself! It literally looks like a magazine! I also think you should make your own coffee table book with all the design work you did in this house to commemorate your “1st” Home together! It will Be super fun to look back at it as your style changes!
The small table goes great with the set!!! I know you don't want a lot of decor that will blow away, but I would add marble coasters on the tray, no more scratches on the table. And a couple lanterns ( black) on other side of the door and a few more simple (heavy) pots with weighted down long faux stems in them. If you bring the box from back add another pillow & an outdoor throw!!! As a designer and decorator that's the few little finishing touches to take it over the top!! " GEAT JOB HUNNY!!!!!!!"Can't wait to see more of the house and back patio!!! High BTW The front is your "Porch", not patio & the back is your screened in patio!! WINK WINK, All my opinions are as always with respect & Love!!!!
I googled it and it’s pretty interchangeable. As you said, I didn’t want a bunch of extra stuff out there, it’s not practical. I think people forget this is my house and not a magazine shoot 😂😂 I love the tips tho!!! Thank you for watching Lori!!❤️❤️

Great job! My front patio is probably half the size, and I’m still figuring out what to put out there, besides the 3 terra cotta pots I finally purchased! I seriously doubt we’ll ever sit out there because I practically live on the rear-facing screen porch, which has a very peaceful view🙂

Wow. That looks so nice. The only thing on my front porch are cats. I wish I had a bigger porch like that. I would you that coffee table in my house. You are so good at what you do. I used to be just like you. I put everything together myself. Not anymore, I’m way older than you. We have two hoses and no power washer. My husband bought an old crappy looking one in with a bunch of other crap. He threw it away at the dump. We don’t have trash pick up here. We go to the dump, no far away, with all our trash. I like the table, the rug, chairs and the plant. Oh, and the mat. With the mat under it. We have one, front and back. My husband bought me that said something about a house is a home if you have a dog. Well, we happen to have three. And if we ever move, I’m not sure how many more I will get.
Love your patio...fir the scratches try some black rub n buff...I just touched up some scratches on a black metal mirror( like the black was completely gone and it was silver) ..it was a hobby lobby clearance find...worked perfectly and didn't have to paint the whole thing just put some on a gloved finger and wiped over the scratch and then wiped over it with a cloth...can't tell it was ever there now.
