DIY Peg Perego Gearbox Modification (lubrication) 

Please note, the new motors provided by Peg Perego are not capable at 24 volts, you will need the old motors or upgrade to a 24 volt motor like an RS 555. Please see the following video: TBD
This is a DIY on how to ad lubrication to the Peg Perego gearbox on the RZR/Gator. The modification also helps reduce noise and will cool and lubricate the gear teeth. While putting the video together I noticed the gearbox will only hold 1 Oz of liquid.

This kit is a 2 Pcs 24V RS555 35000RPM Electric Motor that gave the vehicle good tourqe, never over heated, and allowed the kids to go up ~30 deg hills without issue. The original 12 volt motor is faster but will easily over heat, and the new version provided with the gearbox will break apart at 24 volts:
