If you use a measurement size similar to the one specified in the clip, The finished size should not be much different. Because all the pieces I made in the clip came from the sizes listed. Or it may be caused by putting too little fiber ball and not tight enough. So it doesn't form. I'm not sure either
Hi Eva, you didn’t make a mistake, the actual measurements given were wrong. As soon as I measured it out I could tell that this wasn’t going to look like the size shown in the video, ( impossible ). I looked at the sizes given for the other one with the bow on it and you will find that this will be more appropriate. 30cm x 23cm. A mistake may have been made whilst editing, hope this helps.
Eva, I think you are right. The measurements look wrong. Vicki Teray is right. I paused the video at 4:16 and counted the centimeters on the ruler: it comes at 14 cm so if the fabric is doubled here and you take into account the seam allowance, that's roughly 30 cm / 32 cm as Vicki said. I want to give this tutorial a try as it's one of the few where the seams are not visible on the sides. I'll report back!
