@@mengu190 I'm not sure if this height will be the same for the final product. I will probably make it little bit higher to get more space for feeders.
you have 2 belts per engine in your car. the belt is long when working the belts will stretch belt pitch may vary depending on belt tension. ... how you plan to avoid belt tension error. eg small desktop on a 3D printer. the length of the belts is shorter. maybe you should put 2 belts and two motors?
I didn't take into account such an error. I have a similar belt layout on my 3D printer and I did have any issues. Not even after many years of printing. I also think that such errors could be compensated by OpenPNP with top camera vision corrections.
I'm happy that you are interested in my construction. Right now I have a model in Solidworks, which is not opensource friendly. I would like to make my build open source and post about it on my blog when I make it complete (When I finish automatic feeders, hopefully till end of this year)
Marlin 2.0. The same firmware that is used for 3D printers. It's really not an ideal solution, but It works. I plan to change MKS Gen V1.4 for Smoothieboard 5X.
@@tanvirmahmud1048 It uses smoothieware which is more generic firmware. Marlin is focusing on 3D printers only and a few "hacks" are necessary to make it control non-printer machine like this one.
