DIY Projector mount for mobile DJ's 

Here's my quick and easy solution to mount a projector for mobile DJ work. I've got it set up to work on a c-stand but I'm hoping to find an adapter to make it work on a speaker tripod. I can't seem to find The from any other mfg than Gravity Stands.
The Gravity Stand - (SF 36 Z 38 M Reducer Flange from 36 mm to 3/8", Male) will solve my problem but I can't find it available online in the USA nor can I find it's equivalent. Any suggestions?
