The information you share is invaluable! I’m am going to have such a a$$ kicking garden next winter, thanks to you! My husband is going to have his work cut out for him, good thing he loves to eat what we grow.

I love looking around your garden. You're so creative! Even the little tables & plant stands you make from brick and a piece of wood are genius & look so perfect! ❤

I just got the sera repaired here in friuli. Ready for the cold. But it was bloody hot in there today and small plants and valerians seeds are gonna love it!

I clicked on your link to the pipe. It is PEX pipe not PVC pipe like I thought it was. That's awesome cuz I have some lying around. I am going to try this in my raised beds.
@SpicyMoustache

Lucky you that you have some home! I’ll do this exact same process for all the plants in the garden. 😊

We had a hard freeze here in Texas and most of us had busted water lines and this was given to me by my neighbor. So yes I am grateful that I have extra. Now to work on your design to fit what I have in my raised beds in the next couple of days.

Great Video! Straightforward on a wooden bedding area. I need to think of a way to do something similar with our crazy paving bedding area. The back is ok as we could screw it into the fence. Could you make several rectangle frames with plumbing connectors and then support with wood in the same way or would it more likely to blow over?

Use rebar to stick your pvc in it to help make your tunnel
@AnyKeyLady

@@ritalr15 Great idea! Thanks for the tip!
@ritalr15
@ritalr15 3 года назад
I meant to say that if you have a small spot to stick rebar into the ground you can slip pvc over to help anchor your pvc. Just an idea.
@SpicyMoustache
@SpicyMoustache 3 года назад
Mmm You have different options but we would need to sketch up a few ideas before getting it right 😊

Hey, welcome to the channel! Yes, I bought my glass greenhouse second hand and it was still expensive. No worries, I hope you’ll enjoy building it and use it :)
@ritalr15
@ritalr15 3 года назад
I too would like a glass greenhouse. 2 options - build a wooden frame and install old windows Or Buy cattle panels and make arches and use the the material that Alessandro showed in one of his videos or buy the clear plastic for greenhouses and drape over it and add wood on the side of the plastic to raise it as needed.

I’ve heard that running Vaseline around the stems of a plant deters the ants and running the branches of thorny shrubs, will help to deter slugs and snails

You could make a frame on top of your raised bed and add hinges to it to open it. But I'm not sure it would work with your fence when you would try to open it. Just a thought. I'm thinking as well for mine.
@SpicyMoustache
@SpicyMoustache 3 года назад
Yeah i would love to make something like that but the fence it’s too close to the raised bed and it won’t work :(
