Hehe all correct observation Now to make it float better i glued some foam on the bottom outer of the hull. Still i think it is an interesting joke but those little boat are better to be played without remote, from the kids While in the sink i think the steering was correct

@@MakerFabio I once made a decoy duck into an rc boat. It also suffered from the problem that it got too heavy and used the same solution. a piece of foam on the outside on the bottom. I also added a sucktion tube to pick up water from the lake and via a small filter it goes through a micro peristaltic pump made by WLtoys (aliexpress or other chinese webshop). The micropump is an add on for a mini drone they used to have to spray water. Normally the watertank is also like 1 cc or so but with the water pickup tube it is an endless supply of water. I glued the spraynozzle in the nose of the duck with an angle up so you can spray very thin squirts of water to people in a low boat. Yes I agree, it is a fun project bit for most kids it is better to have it without rc. Still think the steering was inverted. the steeringwheel on a pistol grip transmitter is like a car steeringwheel. Meaning that if you hold it like a car steering wheel infront of you ( lay the transmitter on it's side like you do on the table in the shot just before your kid starts using it) . When you turn the wheel clockwise the outboard motor on the boat should turn anti clockwise on it's pivot point. This way the propthrust will shoot out to the right. Resulting in the back of the boat getting pushed to the left causing the boat making a right turn. So when you steer to the right with the transmitter wheel the boat needs to go to the right too. and in this clip it is not If I am not mistaking. Haha what an effort of typing to proof my "right". Well that is a bit of my problem, I loose myself every day in typing too much😉👍🏻

Sure Most of the modern electronic is 3.3v and they use low drop out regulator from the input voltage. So all good fromt 3,5V to 6V for the receiver A little more critical are the servo which needs also power mosfet to work in linear mode.but for low torque as this application not a problem
