Where did the extra spacer under the pulley come from? It was not there on the one you removed.

Or skip the removal of the clutch entirely, and just remove that bracket that keeps the PTO from spinning. 2 Bolts, and done. At least, that's how my RZ5426 is.

Do you know the pulleys number? Mine was metal and about 2.5" in diameter. I can not find one anywere

Getting the clutch off has been a horrible experience for me. I’ve broken several impact angle attachments. Heated up the bolt, it finally moved and it still isn’t coming out.

Honestly, I found you used the magic of youtube too much. You were taking the clutch and pulleys off and puff! they were on yor work bench. The puff! they were back on the mower... not good if you hoped this to be instructional. thank anyway.
