DIY Sawmill Build- The Log Lifter 

Today I am building the log lifter system for my DIY sawmill. For the rails I am using old scrap metal I bought last year. And a manual winch for pulling the logs up the rails. I am trying to keep my DIY sawmill simple and thus the log lifting system is of this type. My sawmill is not yet complete and I keep working and upgrading the mill at all times.
