Beautiful!!! I've been trying to find a way to make a window without having to make extra cuts into the wood for the glass! Brilliant!

Superb, great to find scrap materials for free that end up being of higher quality than if you bought materials new.

Thank you. :) This is exactly what I was looking for. I had a piece of perspex and needed to make a window for the shed I'm making. Majority reclaimed materials.. Your instructions are clear and you aren't using fancy equipment that I don't have. Vikki :) :)

very great but wont it have a higher chance of getting a crack due to humidity change in the wood? Looks like you know ehat you do but I've never seen someone pressfit glass pane. Usually everyone leaves a 5mm gap
@PhillWyattProjects
@PhillWyattProjects Месяц назад
@@jordsfjords885 leaving a gap wouldn't hurt . The glass I'm using is very tough and thick. No cracks so far.
@jordsfjords885
@jordsfjords885 Месяц назад
@@PhillWyattProjects Okay, then the gap is probably more neccessary for standard glass. Don't mind me, gret job!

That glass was a good find Phill, building the shed bit by bit makes the job accessible to weekend woodworkers so a good method to record, also handy if like you it all has to be transported elsewhere before being assembled ! Door next ?
