I didn't have actual fabric or any kind and so I got 2 shirts that I don't use and I cut the sleeves off and sewed the shirts together by hand and then I measured with the template at the begining (thank you, that was very helpful) and I recreated the beanie. Thank you for your tutorial, it was very simple and in depth and very useful. With your help I created my first ever beanie 🤠
First off, thank you for the video! I’ve been able to make me a few beanies, but am wondering how I can get the 4 corners to be less pointed and lay flatter? Thank you! 8:05
Sorry but I don't understand the first step: how can 1/2 circumference be 55cm when the whole circumference is 57? I'm really a beginner, you can tell right? 🙂
The “1/2 of head circumference” instructions don’t line up with the total circumference being 56 CM. What is the discrepancy? Is it meant to say total head circumference minus 5?I think I’m accidentally making a very tiny beanie because these instructions don’t match up 😭
If the fabric is two different colours on each side and you want one colour inside the hat and one on the outside, can you cut it the same way? Or do you have to cut it differently? Sorry if that was awkwardly explained, I hope you understand what I mean 😂
