I can truly say that the Holy Spirit led me to your video. I have been wanting to learn how to make worship flags for years. It has been my experience, that most people that know how to dye and sew flags don't want to share their knowledge. It's like a big secret! Here you are doing a tutorial for free. God Bless you so much. Please do another video soon. I would love to see how you add different colors. Do you have a website?
This is an amazing video! I'm totally going to have a ladies craft night with my favorite Warriors and all create flags together. Thank you for your ministry! What a blessing you are!
God Bless you and thank you so much!!! I'm getting ready to start and it was perfect timing that this showed up in my feed. I pray continued growth and success in your flag making and dance ministry. God Bless. 🥰✝️🙌🏽
*I will have to try this ~ you made it sound so simple!* If you wanted to add a second or third color, would you only dye part ... oh, you answered it @ 19:45!
Wow, thank you so much. I wish I would have seen this video a year ago but it has shown me a different way with dye and sewing. Love your flags. It is encouraging to all those who wish to make their own. God Bless you.❤️💃🏻
❤❤❤❤ Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've searched high and low for a tutorial with not very helpful results, tonight I search again and here you are!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I read some of the other comments, and I was wondering, is tye dye and acid dye? Also, the material I had ordered was advertised as a silk fabric but the package says polyester, do you happen to know if it will work? Im definitely going to try your method.
Thank you for this tutorial! Do you teach how to sow in this course when making the flags? Interested in taking the course but have never sown. God bless you!
My serger and sewing machine bunch up the silk and drag it inside the machine at the first and last of a seam. What mm of silk is this and how do you start and stop a seam without it bunching up
I use 5mm… you will probably need to change your needle size for silk. I use size needles 60/8, 70/10 will work wonders. If this doesn’t work try adjusting your settings on the side of the machine. I can’t remember what it’s called.
