My stepdaughter is black and I am not, but I want to do all the fun things she wants, so it’s a learning process. This video is so helpful! Thank you❤️❤️
Your braids came out great. I just took mine out....trying this when I redo them. It'll probably be 2025 when I'm done! Love how you styled them as well! 💛
@@MelanatednNature Update: I actually tried this method and it is VERY time consuming, especially when doing it yourself. I did half my head this way but the middle part I ended up going back to the rubber band method And be careful during the take down with your own braided hair with knots. In the end, the rubber band method is just easier for me all around. ☺️👍🏾
This video is an absolute blessing! You make it look less complicated and difficult than I though it would be. Definitely saving some money. Thankyou ❤️
Thank you for showing this method I just did my knotless braids and love it got many compliments and am about to do my daughters too..your method is a lifesaver first video I see that is straightforward..God bless keep doing what you do🙏🏿
I bought the mirror already but this brush is the ish and Is going to be a lifesaver for me. I been needing this because the blow dryer and hand brush method has really wore my arms out.
You slayed these braids Queen 🔥🔥🔥for it only being your second time doing knotless braids on yourself . I've been natural and I've been doing my own hair for 7yrs. I've always used the rubber band method when braiding my own hair but tomorrow when I start braid my hair, Ima use your method and braid it first before crocheting the hair in. With the rubberband method , they tend to show so this method should be perfect. Thankx for this tutorial sis 💜💜💜
Your braids look amazing! But sis this is my problem. I have the 3 way mirror and all the tools but how are you seeing the back of your head?? Are you just looking into the mirror and using the camera view?? I can’t see what goes on at the back of my head 😭 please someone tell me
I’ve had trouble with this too! I find it easier to put the 3 way mirror behind you and another mirror in front of you. You can close the sides of the 3 way mirror a little so when you turn your head you can see a different part of your head in each mirror. 🙂
@@briyannawalls250 Thank you, BriYanna! I eventually figured it out but I was doing it the opposite way. I tried the 3 way mirror in front and my IKEA mirror in the back. But I'm about to do it reversed like this, your comment was just in time because I need to get this hair done lol! ❤
@@briyannawalls250 Ohhhhh this makes so much sense because just like the other poster, I couldn’t see the back of my head. I was getting so frustrated and was about to return the mirror to Amazon. Thanks so much! 😂
Your a God sent angel. Thanks for sharing & providing a link to the full video. ❤ ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊👍 I wish my niece saw your video before she cut off her beautiful hair.
Nah because THIS IS THE BEST TUTORIAL EVER!!! For someone who was having trouble with the concept of gripping and feeding the hair into the natural hair I was getting so frustrated so the hook in method would work just fine!!!! ❤❤ also I hope your doing super okay from surgery 🎉 thank you so so much again !! Also do you really need setting moose for braids? Some use them some don’t thank you!
Thank you for this video! I'm waiting for my amazon hair to arrive so I can try this myself this weekend because I'm stuck at home with covid :(. Roughly how many braids did you do here? I'm trying to decide whether to try the ones in this video or your 1st knotless video. I've never done it before!
New Sub!👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 Enjoyed this video so much decided to see what you had going on your channel.. Blessings 🙏🏾 Heading over to Amazon and jump on that 3-way mirror... 👍🏾😄
Mannnnnnnn once I have time to ever do this and the patience I’m telling you I’m never paying anyone to do my hair I hate now as I get older I hate sitting and waiting to getting my hair done 😭😭😭😭
I was going for brighter red/burgundy braids. This braiding hair was darker than i thought so i just dyed my hair darker with what i had at the time. Didn’t have time to return to amazon and get red braids 😩
That’s what I was thinking. I was thinking of doing them tighter but my hair is fine and I’m thinking once it starts growing out, it might pull too much
