Hello friends in this video I have made a SMD resistor reel cutting machine.
user can cut any amount if resistor per any amount of strips.
It is convenient for those you daily dealing with SMD components.
A stepper motor feed the reel towards the cutter blade and high torque motor run the blade up and down and cut the Reel.
A small HMI is used for user data input.
