Southern Seafood & Sausage Boil:
What could be more fun? Then cleaning out the freezer and taking newspapers covering the table. Fingertips full of flavor. No food brings people together quite like a seafood boil. Just roll up your sleeves and enjoy piles of steaming, delicious seafood and sausage. Oh, and don’t forget to make sure your beer that is on tap is still FULL. LMAO :P
Directions
1. Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker, or medium-high heat indoors. Add Seasoning to taste, and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, and sausage, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the corn and crab; cook for another 5 minutes, then add the shrimp when everything else is almost done, and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
2. Drain off the water and pour the contents out onto a picnic table covered with newspaper. Grab a paper plate and a beer and enjoy!
3. Just remember if you want it more spicy just leave the contents stay in the boil water the longer it steeps the spicier it will be. Enjoy! E$
