Young stinging nettles makes an amazing soup! And the fibres are very useful too, what's not to love? Apart from the stinging bit... I may, or may not, have fallen into nettles. :-D Have a great summer with your family!

Durch weich klopfen, Stängel öffnen und innen abziehen. Eine Technik, die heute leider bei vielen vergessen, oder unbekannt ist. Einfach toll, was du über die Be- und Verarbeitung von Naturmaterialien weist und super, dass du dieses Wissen weiter gibst!
