DIY Strongman Log | build your own Strongman Log This is how I built my strongman-log from an oaklog. music by audionautix.com ("drifting2", "feelsgood2b")
The only thing i would do differently is add a shorter metal bar on the opposite end of the plate of the weights. Would then drill into the log and epoxy it in place. I believe that would last longer the the bolts getting loose after a while(mostly if dropped a couple hundred times)
Good job and saved quite a bit, need some advice if you dont mind. What the thickness of those metal plates and where would recommend I can get some from thanks
Yeah so I got a log that is 6' long and 18-20" thick. The thing weighs more than Savickas himself could overhead so I need to hollow it out a LOt to get it to a realistic weight for myself. Any advice on cutting out significant portions of the middle meat?
