Hi Steve, Canaries Islands are subtropical weather, what means that the coldest temperature we could have is not less than 15 degrees centigrades at the coast level in winter, and not more than 27 c in summer. Sugar gliders use to sleep all together in the nest, that's a natural way to keep warm themselves. Like some mammals do in the wildlife. That's the way it is, in Australia they live between 10 to 15 individuals in each group, from the south to north they Ozland has a really controversial temperature in different times of the year. And they resist it. Regards ;-)
