Hi loves!! Yay I am so excited to share this video with you.
Since there has been a bit of confusion about the neckline, I filmed another short tutorial to explain this step a bit better to you. Video: • solana swim - neckline
Little warning: there is a mistake a make when I sew the neckline together but I will take you along with me and show you how I fix it :)
I have been wanting to make my own one piece for surfing for a while but to be honest, I was a bit intimidated. But once I started drafting the pattern and start sewing I realised I was worried for nothing, it was so much fun and the final swim suit turned out so good and is perfect for surfing!! Also - little disclaimer: I am not good at surfing at all but that doesn't stop me from wanting to look cute doing it.

hi! is such a gourgeos color and swimsuit!! loved it!!💖😻 on a side note, i think you could make it completely seamless if you sandwiched the sleeves between the body pieces, leaving a straight seam a little open to flip the swimsuit good side out; also you can make seamless leg opening with an elastic, you only have to sew the elastic with a regular sewing machine over the overlock stitch or stitch the elastic with the overlock machine..i make pole sport suit and thats the way a do it, hope i was clear in my explanation,english is not my first language jaja 🤭

So I had an idea. Maybe for the leg opening with elastic option, when cutting the fabric, cut a size up just for the leg opening so that it is still secure but wider on the cheeks ? I don’t know if it would work but yeah 😊 and this is beautiful by the way I want to do it !

Echt gelungen😍 der Badeanzug sieht soo super aus! Muss den unbedingt nachnähen (hoffentlich finde ich günstigen Stoff dafür) war es sehr schwierig den Stoff zu nähen?
