Hi,I can't understand what you mean, KP08 already contains bearings, and it has screws that can be fastened to 8MM steel shafts.

Bro, I want to try making it, but I'm still confused, what's the difference if the shaft connector is directly installed on the dynamo (it doesn't use a pulley) What is influence? between using a pulley with a direct attach to dynamo

Hi,If the shaft connector is mounted directly on the motor,It will not have enough power, and the speed of the saw blade is too high, which is not safe. The use of a pulley can reduce the speed of the saw blade and increase the torque.

How tight is that belt? I tried to make the same but somehow belt is running free when the blade is forced by any wood.

If you don’t use a transmission belt, it has a high speed but a low torque.

Yes, low torque and high speed are easy to break the blade, and it is easy to stop rotating when cutting without enough torque.
