Such beautiful work! I have to tell you that I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and rapid pulse, too. I made the foundation pieced mat and the act of hand sewing gave me such peace. I took my BP and it was considerably lower as was my pulse. So: not only beautiful but healing, too. Thank you for all of your videos.
