this video contains how to assemble the r.o 8000 gpd engine using 2 units of cdlf2-22 pump. this video is a collection of step-by-step illustration videos on how to assemble it and also how to pipe it.
the advantages of this r.o 8000 gpd machine are:
1. can be used as 2 x r.o 4000 gpd machines, can be 1 pump for 400 gpd alternately, can be 8000 gpd 1 pump alternately,
2. This r.o machine can also deactivate several membranes so it can only run 1 membrane, 2 membrane, 3 membrane or 4 membrane because every in and out of each membrane is given a control stop.
3. This R.O machine is also equipped with a ROC 2015 micro controller as a programmer simulating water conditions that occur in the r.o engine, no water pump turns off, the water in the empty raw tank turns off, the water in the tank resulting from full r.o turns off, the water in the empty r.o tank turns on itself, membrane pressure rises turning off the cdlf2 pump., flushing first if it's on for the first time, flushing first when going to turn off the system.
4. This r.o machine assembly is also equipped with a membrane washing system unit, it can wash only 2 membranes or wash 4 membranes at once.
