Beautiful house for a beautiful guy! Do you have panels on your roof or do you rely on a ground connection? It's really smart to limit skylights and windows to not have super obnoxious glare on your screen while you're playing games 😂 How does the insulation hold up, especially with the regular heat waves Vancouver has gotten these last few years? I imagine without good circulation 12 people could get really stuffy. That "surf board" is an amazing touch but I absolutely would knock my mug onto floor lol Would love to see an update!

@@StylishYeoman There will be full details when i have time to edit the videos over on Ethical Tiny Home's channel but in summary, Insulation is R30 so heat or cold take a while to set in (and with windows open i can do 25C just fine without turning on the heat pump), Ground connections for now but want to try at solar in the future, 12 people feels like max but ive done 8 comfortably so far.

Beautiful house you got there😁 Funnily though, most houses that size aren't tiny at all but are called normal sized here in my country. The house we are building is even smaller than that lol😂

So great! What a cozy & "personal"-feeling space! I love it! I'd definitely suggest putting up some insulated & reflective wallboard between the computer & the stove though (even something as simple as a "freestanding" single piece on a couple of "feet" to hold it up), full width from wall to the couch-side edge of the computer desk, as that tiny stove is going to heat up all the air thats being sucked directly into your CPU & GPU as it tries desperately to cool them dow (especially during video & gameplay). The reflective side toward the stove will help bounce that heat out into the main room & should create an even stronger convection stream moving the heat as well.

Its fine. Ive run fores and checked internal temperatures at the same time, the metal case blocks the majority of the heat.

I had to pause when he said nice retro fridge.... I own the black version of that POS and it freezes everything even when 1/8th full between the lowest setting and off.... Otherwise love the home!
