This is a great home shop project that will help you accurately and repeatedly bend small diameter round tubing. It is a manual rotary draw bender with home made bending dies and cnc plasma cut steel frame. It also features a linear positioner to make accurate repeat parts.
Turned the aluminum dies on a manual lathe with a hand made radius cutter tool.
This tool is similar to a JD squared or Pro Tools tubing bender, all of these are based on the old Hossfeld bender.
