DIY Tufted Cushion | How to Make a DIY Tufted Bench | I'm back to home renovating and have been working on my front entry way dining room and creating a reading nook. I decided to transform this entry room into a reading nook and decided to make this velvet tufted bench. I started out by reusing an old mattress I had in my trailer and cutting it to size. I then created my own diy piping to add as edging all around the tufted cushion and sewed all the panels together. I show you step by step how to make your own piping, come up with your measurements and sizing for your project and how to upholster your bench to add a beautiful tufting effect. Hope you enjoy!
