Hi mam, I love ur videos thanks very helpful I hv a ? We have to cut front n back neck first to attach turtle neck how we take that turtle neck 5" we hv to take 10" or wt ? After we fold it will bcom 5" or 2 1/2 inches if the fabric is not stretchy how we will take measurements...plzzz answer me
