Hi 🙂, if yours didn't gel up its likely the mask didn't have enough time to set. Allow it to set in the fridge overnight like in the video and it should be a nice jelly consistency.

It could also be the agar agar you're using. The exact one I used for the video is extra strength & linked in the description box. Hope this helps 💖
