Thanks man. Been trying to figure out how to stop mud, water and snow from soaking me an my son while out mini jeeping. You’ve giving me some great ideas.
I made them out of 1/8” but my mistake was making them too wide. I’m making a new set now cause I’ve bashed them off so many trees. They actually stick out a half inch past my tires the way they are in this video. I’d make sure they are tucked in probably an inch from the very outside of your tires. They’ll still keep the mud off you don’t need them to overlap the tires completely. I’m gonna do an update video I’m the next few weeks. Thanks for watching and thanks for the question!
Thanks I’ve been planning to do this and your video really helped me but especially the 1/8 size comment, I was thinking to buy 1/4” and would have wasted a bunch of money!
