Great kitchen build. I'm on my third build. 22 years as a carpenter. That kitchen build is one of the best I've seen. The chair of course is a beautiful piece of thought and craftsmanship.

Brother, those wire connections you made with the needle nose, will most likely fail on you. There are tools that have the crimpers for those type of connectors. I would redo those so you don’t have any headaches later tho, or before you sell it if you’re not keeping it. Bro, your building as improved so much man! I have been checking out your builds for awhile, and I see your skills improving so much. We just have to get you a little more info about the electrical. It’s been fun watching, and this build is well thought out so far, and the hidden chair set up....bravo brother! That’s going to be copied for sure!! Only thing I would do different is put plastic bumper guides along the sides of the chair, and legs to help it move smoother. Sorry for the long comment, but very impressive man! If you want help with that electrical, or build ideas with the other utilities, let me know. I can send you an email with my info or something. I got injured so I can’t do this stuff anymore, but I would love for my skills to help someone at least. Just let me know Oh and all that work in your apartment.....that’s funny because that’s a good amount of work in a small space. I love your drive, but that has to suck! Lol but love the drive! You might have stuff to learn, but totally see you with a shop and a company doing this. What skills you don’t have, you can hire in or do a channel with someone. But we need to get you a shop for more space, someone’s garage maybe. Lol 😂

My favorite part is he builds things with a minimal situation. Regular grade B+D Tools. Small room and his stuff is innovative and finished. This is a craftsman

The hidden chair alone is my favorite part of the build. The entire interior is phenomenal, but the chair just took the cake for top notch ingenious craftsmanship. You are a MASTER of employing every nook and cranny for practical use in a small space. I also loved the lovely coutertop design by your sister as well as the tile for the finishing touch underneath. Most creative use of wasted space I've seen in a van build, plus it all looks really slick and functional. I could seen me finding the "desk" too small, but I still love the idea of having a real chair that just tucks out of the way, without having to fold it up and lift up the bed platform or something like that.

That whole desk, chair & kitchen unit is crazy cool. Genius use of space.

The hidden chair doubles as Security, you could hide your laptop or other small things above the desk/behind the chairs back. so freaking good.

I'm highly inspired by your kitchen area. I'm an artist & builder/maker so this will be enjoyable. I was evicted about 3 weeks ago because my dog wasn't on the lease. (I was contracted maintenance by my landlord/employer long story) My thoughts are my dog was a Covid19 loophole. Anyways i sold my car and bought a Astro van. Selling off what's left of my stuff to fund the build. Hopefully getting started on the physical build this week if weather permits. Atleast Roxy (my best friend/dog) and I are blessed with a van now. Keep on with the excellent work and inspiring vanlifers.

I’m SO stealing that recessed chair idea!🤗💡 this alone was worth a subscribe. The wood tint and the blue/grey ties in nicely together with the floor! Shoutout to the sis 😍 I’d add felt pads under the chair to protect the floor. Also, I’d fit a cheap acrylic shower pan on the floor of the sink cabinet in case there’s any leak, and plumb it outside with one-way tubing. 👌

Watching your videos is is both inspiring and torturous. You have an epic talent that allows you to create these amazing things that are a rare combination of aesthetic appeal and practicality.
