These days, we see a lot of people turning to apple cider vinegar (ACV) for effective skin and hair treatments. Did you know that ACV also has a long history of traditional use for digestive wellness dating back to ancient Greece? But what do you do if you want the gut-supporting benefits of ACV, and don’t like the taste? Try apple cider vinegar gummies made with agar-agar!
We make them with organic unsweetened fruit juices (pomegranate, apple, you choose!) and the best 100% pure undiluted ACV to capture all of the wellness benefits. These healthy, delicious little morsels take just 15 minutes to prepare and then they go in the refrigerator to set while you get on with your day. Pop them out of the molds and voilá you have an easy ACV snack that your belly will thank you for!

Is there a way to do this without heating up the apple cider vinegar? The heat will destroy the enzymes which are beneficial to our health.

Hi there! You could always try adding in the ACV after taking all the other ingredients off the heat and whisking it in. The agar/juice mixture will need to cool to about 125° F to preserve all of the bacterial value of ACV. Note, however, that there is more nutritional value in ACV beyond its healthy bacteria that is not impacted by heat. These gummies are intended to be fun and nutritious support: one of many ways we can bring ACV and other herbal goodness into our diets. I hope that helps! Let us know how it goes if you try this!

I thought that heating ACV kills all the nutrition?

Hi there! While heating ACV to a high temperature kills off the beneficial bacteria, there is more nutritional value in ACV beyond its healthy bacteria that is not impacted by heat.
