DIY Vintage Inspired Brooches 

Hi Everyone!
Today’s craft is making vintage inspired DIY brooches! I’m super in love with these delicate, sparkling baubles that I found on amazon. I've also been on the hunt for cute vintage looking brooches to wear with my new sweaters. And turning the gems into wearable jewelry was a snap with some pin-backs and jewelry glue.
It’s such a simple craft, I can’t believe I haven’t already done it. But after searching online for exactly what I wanted, I finally found these faux pearl and diamond gems. I don’t even mind that they aren’t already brooches, because it allows me to pick and choose what I’d like to turn them into. Each of the baubles is unique in size and shape, but they are all incredibly lovely.
I’m thinking of turning two of them into earrings, and maybe making a necklace or headband with some of the others. For my brooches, I chose three lovely ones and adhered the pin backs on the back of them with jewelry and metal glue. It dried very quickly, and clear! They look fabulous, and are a great new addition to my wardrobe.
