I have no idea how I came across your channel(you know how you can get lost in youtube videos). Most the things you make aren't really my style but I end up loving them all, so cute and you're so determined and have a great personality, love it!
I SO love this project and am going to give a go. I LOL'd because I'm "impatient" too. I cant' wait to see the finished project and I tend to try to rush things. I should really let my husband do the detailed stuff... he has more patience when it comes to this stuff.

I really like that you don't give up when at first you don't succeed...it's encouraging! I'm always trying weird projects that are unique, and very often I just stop working on stuff when I run into design flaws...I need a handy helper too...can you rent me yours? lol

This cart is outstanding! HGTV doesn't need to pick you for DesignStar, they just need to give you Your Own Show, A.S.A.P!!! (I stopped watching their show a while ago, over rated!) They need to improve their boring programming! (p,s. negotiate high! :)
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this idea. I agree with you that HGTV needs to bring back crafting to the viewers. Crafting, DIYs, upcycling have all come a very long way since the old days of simple Popsicle sticks and yarn.

Hi Dedi, You are to wild. Love the suit case table. Keep Bobby around, alway good to have carpenter. Have you ever worked with a band saw? It comes in really handy for DYI. HGTV is just trying to get big enough befor they contact you. I had a lab for 15 yrs best friend ever.

Amen!! They do need some craft shows in their line-up. That's where they got their start. I hardly ever watch any more because it's always House Hunters or some other reruns that's been showing for 2 or 3 years. You would think with the popularity of Pinterest they would get the idea that crafting is a huge draw. At any rate, good luck! You're awesome. Lots of great ideas and a personality to boot. :)
Debbie! You are amazing-- genius taste & craftiness, best personality. A joy to watch. HGTV must be blind not to sweep you up right away. And you're right, "crafts" are EVERYWHERE, they're just called DIY & upcycling now. Get with it HGTV!...The cart is amazing! I see those legs at sales/auctions go for a song, just didn't know what to do with them... think it'd be cool as a bar cart with pages from an old bartenders recipe book used in place of the linen. Great vid!!

Anthropologie buys things in from all over the world so none is their own creation.. inspiration comes from everywhere..wish could get to your store but bit far from South Africa.:)
I really love this idea. I think I would like to try it with decoupage maps on the inside. I know your dream is to be on HGTV, but I love who you are now and I would hate for a network to change anything about you. good job. i love the video idea...but i wouldn't have shown going to a store and taking another idea, or telling them what didn't work in your craft. edit the video to making it all work...and with your personality, i believe..{with simon cowell's accent"} you will be BLOODY MARVELOUS!!! Atleast your getting yourself out there....love it!

I know I’m late to the show, but in the store the way that they did the wall, this started from the bottom and went the way up ~ that’s why it has that look of you know, That Sort of curliness with each layer.

you killed it, great job. *hgtv is garbage television & has been horrible since the late 90's, its the zillow channel & who gives a crap about that? not me that's for sure, your better off on your own.
HGTV is nuts for not giving you a show! You are so entertaining to watch! You make learning new things fun...even if I already know how to do what you're showing in your videos I still choose to watch lol!
