Todays Robot, I showcase a 3D Printed DIY Arduino Wall-E project. The project involves using 3D printing to create the intricate details of Wall-E's body and then incorporating an Arduino Nano microcontroller to bring the robot to life. We walk you through the steps involved in creating this fun and challenging project, including designing the 3D model, 3D printing, assembling the parts, and coding the Arduino.

If you're looking to do the wiring manually there's a high quality PDF Wiring Diagram on the GitHub Page for this project(Link in Description). Also what are peoples preferences between Onshape and Fusion360. I'm looking to switch to make sharing 3D Models more accessible. Thank you!

I might build one. What 3d printer do you have? I can only print PLA with mine, so the tracks will be difficult. Second question: why didn't you use an esp32 or a wireless pico? Thanks for showing us this, I've always used old ISD ic's with my microcontrollers for sound beyond beeps, so I'll be using that less.

My ids love Wall-E and this is a great project to do with them. I am having a random issue with the Gray PLA Parts. I have tried to print it a few times and it keeps failing. I end up with partly printed parts and gray spaghetti. Any chance you would share this file unlocked or send the individual pieces so that I can make an arrangement change and hopefully get these parts printed. Other than this, seems like a sweet project. Will be ordering the PCB and parts soon to finish this up.
