DIY Watch Winder #0 

My first DIY Watch Winder assembled at home.
I have several automatic watches that need daily wearing and swinging to wind up. If I put them down longer than 2 days, they will stop. It's really annoying to have to readjust the date and time again and again.
A watch winding machine is the answer. The problem is that they are selling at high prices that I feel uncomfortable to pay for. Just a rotating motor and they are asking for a hundred bucks? No way.
I DIY one and this is the version zero.
Features:
1. Small: 10*10*10 cm
2. Simple: no housing, no cover, no glass. With only a skeleton and all components see-through. Thrive for simplicity in mind.
3. Practical: one movement to fit all watches. Switch on and off as needed. Or add a timer to the power supply.
4. Quiet in operation
5. Powered by a 5V USB cable (with a charger commonly used for mobile phones some years ago)
6. Fully programmable. Program (mode of movement) can be updated easily anytime if I wish to.
7. Durable and serviceable. Components are easily available and inexpensive. Replacing component is easy. I expect it can run for at least several years by daily use without problem.
8. Another reason for it to be durable - many commercial winders are using elastic plastic (rubber) bands to drive. Rubber can decade fast. I used solid gears directly transferring movement from motor to drum.
9. It has Wifi capability but it is not in use (yet).
10. Stackable. It's a cube size. I could make several of them and stack them up in any way I wish.
11. Low cost - if I do not count in my own effort and time in the DIY work.
12. A fun project to accomplish.
