i think it's geared way to tall, get a bit of reduction on the lay shaft to save some clutch. Especially if getting bigger wheels. It looks awesome. Good build!

Awesome build and seems to be working well. Think you need some lower gearing to help the clutch out a bit but looks awesome. Surprised how well the chain drive works.

Looking and sounding pretty good! I've been working on mine for a few years now and keep having to fix issues. If you put taller tires on the back put on a bigger rear sprocket.

Nice build. Definitely need to change the gearing though or you’ll cook that clutch in no time. At least with the jack shaft you have plenty of ways to do it.

Instead of messing up clutch after clutch, put a bigger sprocket on the rear and bigger on the clutch teeth count. Bigger rear tires will make your current situation worse. It's all about overall gear ratio

Needs a torque converter and a regear.

Your smoking and burning up the clutch due to an improper gear ratio. You need a 6:1 ratio. Example: 2 gears 9T clutch x 54T sprocket = 6:1 ratio 10T clutch x 60T sprocket = 6:1 ratio 12T clutch x 72T sprocket = 6:1 ratio Jackshaft 4 gears 10T clutch x 20T sprocket = 2:1 ratio 10T sprocket x 30T sprocket = 3:1 ratio **now multiply these 4 gears together 2.1 ratio x 3:1 ratio = 6:1 ratio Any number of gear tooth configurations will work with a standard S&S clutch like your using in this build so long as you keep to a 6:1 ratio. All S&S clutches require a 6:1 ratio and are rated for weight of your build i.e kart or mini bike, plus the rider weight of 550 lbs maximum gross vehicle and passenger weight. And will last for several years just adding a drop of oil on the brass bearing before riding. The same 6:1 ratio should also be used when using a 30 series torque convertor.

What front wheels and spindles did you use? Wish I could find something like that

your geared WAY wrong even with a smoked clutch mt kids bike will move oue way better than thatwith a 79cc my 212 with minike with a jr draster clutch and a sidecar would reck is wheely off the like and do 60+

You need to work something out on that clutch because it's going to be burnt up with the quickness.

10clutch .25. 35 .25 .35 74 you need this sprocket pattern dude it will blow your mind if that's to much torque the last be 60 if you don't like 74 but I no u will
