DIY WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER WITH FRAGRANCE OILS

Honey, we've been diy-ing about the same time, for the same reasons! I just texted my 31-yr old this morning to send me some $ to order supplies for his next batch of whipped shea butter, cuz he ran through all of mine. 🙄 My whipped shea butter ONLY thing that keeps his eczema at bay. I buy shea butter in 5 or 10lb blocks. I also add a little mango butter. I use a plethora of oils in mine: avocado, coconut, vitamin E, plum kernel, jojoba, argan, sweet almond, rice bran, grapeseed. I also add a little vegetable glycerin to act as a humectant.

I did put some Shea butter and almond oil together! I don’t have a 2nd mixer so I did mine with a spoon. It didn’t look all smooth like yours but it still works great. ❤thanks for sharing.

Although I take care of my body, as I'm aging, I'm noticing that I'm getting cracks in my feet. Recently, I ordered a Shea butter brand that had such a strong bacon smell that I sent it back. I'm going to try your formula to make a butter that smells nice. Thanks sooo much for your well done video!

Hi Helen I make my own butters as well I also sell some to family and friends over the years after gifting them.. one lil trick is arrow root powder it helps with the absorption of the oils and also makes it more creamy just a lil tip to share😊

Yess I absolutely love a good DIY shea butter. I make mines all the time to keep my eczema at bay. Its so easy. I make it for my kids, my daughter's friends and my friends. Its just so much better for my skin. I purchased the Donna born in roma from the scent 4 you. To my it doesn't smell like Donna Born in Roma. It smells good though. I'm still on a hunt for an oil that smells like it though
