I don't understand how there's 2.9k views and I'm only the 133 subscriber. This video is beyond great. Love the editing, the music choices, the storytelling and most of all, the craftsmanship of your build and videography.
Очень смотрибельно, музыка норм. Получил удовольствие от просмотра. Подписка и лайк однозначно. Май инглиш ис вери велл )))) Мудко часом не родственник ли?
Amazing editing and a really nice work table build. Thanks. I went to look at your other videos. The lamp is great on. Your accent is no problem at all and so much better than those generated voice overs in the first two videos. Anytime I hear that generated voice I click away because it gets so over used in spam y product review videos. I’d personally love to see a bit more of how you design and 3d print your templates/moulds. Keep it up!
I’m glad the accent is no problem, will improve pronunciation though. The lamp is not that great, I consider this my first video😁 actually, my next video is about a lamp, made from vinyl records and I cover 3d printing part in prototyping lamps. It’ll come out this week. Thank you for a warm comment, happy thanksgiving 🦃
youtube education is all there is to this, literally everyone has access to this free education. @mapal is a good source of tips, I also take lots of notes from @gawx @Paul E.T. And @USSA
I have a bunch of designs and foundation parts to convert existing designs to fit the Ikea Skadis system. Yours looks like a thicker board though which is nice. Has it a particular name and retail panel to buy or must it be DIY'd with a CNC?
So I have all the files (including CAD for the pegboard), on my website, link is in the description. It’s actually a 12mm board, and you have to use a CNC machine for that, all the 3d printed parts are made exactly for that thickness(12mm)
If the masses of average viewers knew only a fraction of how well this is edited and how much time it takes, along with a great build. This video should easily reach 250k views. Nice work my man keep the vids coming!
@@alimp_designs I agree, I really liked your build and ideas behind it. I also think you kept me from buying the Milwaukee edgerouter-adapter. I will have a look at your jig. But do you also have a link for the table router inlet used? Thanks a lot for your video and keep up your good work :)
@@kaktus3175 hi, the jig and the inlet I used are both the same product, I will link a video of a showcase of this product 👉🏻 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SkKnsJ8Gmeg.html
Great craftmanship and great editing... This video nailed it on all levels... You've easily earned yourself a 79th subscriber :).. Thousands to come for you soon
Very nice, the only part that i wish you could have done is demonstrated the use of this work table at the end, a bunch of youtubers do this where we dont really get a good look of the finished product at the end.
This video is amazing. Felt like watching a movie! The videography for the missed screw was epic! And that was just a bloody missed screw?! You’re going places mate. Sooo well thought out - an absolute pleasure to watch!
What an incredible video. I can't believe this isn't at a million views. I'm looking forward to seeing all your future creations, including the rest of this build.
That project is outstanding well done... in building, the idea and the videography! Hope that YT-algorithmus is learning that the "small" channels are the most inspiration sources. Keep going. ;)
High video production is almost too distracting from the woodworking going on. Video producer & graphic design first or woodworker? Be both? Good craft. How much were the router jigs, bc am guessing not cheap at all (is it DIY if not affordable?) The craftsmanship is good, but it is sending mixed messages on cost vs diy. (What apt bldg allows this much noise?) Would have been good to see more on the table fabrication, less on the video gimmicks. Breaking up the build in sections would probably attract more views and followers, and make the build easier to follow (for non pros).
Thanks for the feedback)) Goal is to be storyteller first, everything else second. The jig costs 165$+ shipping, you can also print a diy version I think, that one must be a lot cheaper, his website is in the description. He has a great channel too, USSA 3d printing. I have neighbors around, I haven’t had a complain, have been building everything from 11 am to 7 pm and that’s it. About the chapters. I literally have huge titles of those chapters pop up every now and then😁 and the sequence of them is exactly how it should be built. Plus I have detailed plans available to download.
This is so perfect for my situation! I have a tiny workshop/shed space, about 7.5x9ft. I bought the plans a few months ago and hope to build this spring/summer! My main concern is that my space is unheated and vents to the outside, where it's often very humid... Maybe I need to use outdoor rated MDF, or apply a serious sealant coating after assembly. 😅
If sealing the whole piece is too hard or expensive, just cover the bare edges with two coats of sealer, it will work for pretty humid environments. And in case you notice some swelling, then sealing the whole piece would probably be the only option
Mate I can’t get over your video 😂 how did you make that interlocking tabletop part? I’m imagining some mad router skills are involved. It’s the only thing missing in your video!
It’s okay)) without cnc, it’s just a flat dove tail joint, with a little tolerance (0.2mm to be precise) , use radii equal to the radii of your router bit
I saw amazing ideas presented with amazing video skills. But…. I didn’t learn how to recreate any of your ideas. How did you fabricate those parts? Did you buy them ? Do you make them? Sell them? How did you get the holes in the melamine? So many more questions. I hope you’ll give more how to info on the future.
MDF is the only outsourced part. It’s done with CNC router. You send a CAD file to a factory and receive cut-to-required sizes boards. I thought I made it clear in a video, sorry for confusion
Damn. This video is SLICK! I don’t think I’ve ever hit the like and subscribe button so fast in my life. Well done brother! Also, bonus points for being a fellow USSA router jig owner!
Literally my first comment on RU-vid. I don't make videos but I watch a lot. The quality of this video is insane. Workbench is super different and interesting. I will be stealing many features for a future build. Take my like, comment and subscribe. Have a nice day and keep making great content!
Do you live in an Apartment in a highrise, and have made part of it your workshop? It looks like a living room environment with tile floors and I wondered if you are building this gear to renovate the whole apartment OR if you are making a workshop inside your home?
Yep, it’s an apartment in a highrise building, I turned most of it into a workshop😁 just my bedroom and a kitchen stayed out of it. Not gonna renovate the place, it’s just a workshop, will be making lamps and furniture here))
