Wow, thanks ! This will make a great lunch bag, totally customizable to the lunch box size. You can add insulated lining, close up the bag with some fabric napkins. wow ! now I want a lunch bag too ! XD
The sides ( body of bag) will be same as the circumference of the circle plus 2 cm for the seam allowances. This seam allowance is for sewing the body of the bag into a tube. Hope that helps :)
No need to add seam allowances to the circle when making the mock-up :) It makes it easier to tape together. Just make a note on the circle pattern to add seam allowances.
Hi there and thank you for your nice comment ! The finished height is 24 cm ( 9.5 " ) . For the pattern piece, I added 6.5 cm to it ( 5 cm for the bag's opening and another 1.5 cm for the base of the bag).
