Hallo Mr Rahul. I watched the vedio of your Diye jalte hai phool khile te hi. In fact it was shared by one of my gurus, a retired police officer Mr chandrashekhar Avadhani from Hyderabad. Like you he is also an ardent Kishore da fan. Who is not? . Kishore Kumar belongs to every generation. We all know that ofcourse. Coming to your song, I would say very nicely and neatly rendered. You sounded natural in your attempt, no doubts at all. Your diction, pronunciation..... everything is good. I dont know where you hail from.....but enunciation of the lyrics is pretty good. Let me be again very frank in my opinion Mr Rahul. The first one is very nice. But when you tried to explore, rather experiment it sounded a bit odd. That is the beauty of Kishore da. Whatever he does...... it's ultimate. He leaves no room for anyone to experiment. If anyone tries that, at the end of it he or she realises.....oh I should not have done it. That happens only with Kishore Kumar songs. He is God of music. Your effort of the first part is absolutely fine. Fairly pleasing if I were to put it in one line. Keep singing Kishore Kumar songs. Nothing better for happiness. Am also a Kishore da fanatic and have just started singing his songs.
