Would you happen to know the title of the middle track, with the vocal "Star 69"?

You mean the name of the song....? That track is closely related to Peter Rauhofer (Austrian Accent-Club 69-Star 69...) Abel shouldn't go there...he'll never be as deep as peter. Doesn't work as a tribute song either. Only DJ Paulo has the raw talent to do such thing...
