@@oharold I didnt say drake had a bad catalog. For me Take Care,NWTS IYRTITL was his best years and catalog wise for me hes ahead of cole but kendrick still got the better catalog and 2 of his albums are considered classic in the hip hop world and his other two are up for debate.

Context matters, Kendrick went on tour with baby keem and Tanna Leon two artist that barely have an album out. Most of baby keems fan base comes from Kendrick so he’s not really adding any numbers to the tour and Tanna Leon has no fan base. Drake went on tour with J Cole, Lil Durk, and 21 savage on this last tour where he broke that record. That’s 3 artist that can headline arena tours that he accomplished that with.
Drake is only more international because he sings pop, but actual rap Kendrick has much more of a pull because he is original drake always has need someone from the culture to have his rap side appreciated

well that's cuz kendrick makes thoughtful rap music with deep complicated lyrics in english, it makes sense that mostly us rap fans will listen to him. a lot of people outside of rap and the us listen to drake because he makes simple pop songs with lyrics that are near meaningless. not saying there is something wrong with that, we all love an easy to listen to catchy dance song, just had to clarify that the reason kendrick isn't as popular outside of rap fans and the us has nothing to do with his talent and quality of songs, it's actually the complete opposite.

Let’s be honest Drake is owned by UMG that’s the only way he became the most popular rapper internationally because he has power in his corner. Kendrick is also internationally known and he is gain credibility because of his pure rap talent impactful music and creativity. Lyrics are insane on Eminem‘s level believe it or not.
