This is some good ass info. I wonder if your going to do a Sagat one.

would i be wrong in saying that on the last combo... you don't have to dash cancel... you could wait for the opponent to come down then use Ultra? I'm thinking about picking up Gouken... and this may be a corner combo (at least in SSF4) that would only use 1 ex bar... haven't tried it yet so I'm not to confident...

wouldnt say advanced.. nearly intermediate level only. A good player playing against gouken will try to set him up to make him use his kongoshin while just jumping plain to him. then gouken would be wide open to everything.

It costs you two bars and an ultra meter (and you have the actually have to hit with the counter,) and Gouken is much worse than Sagat other-moves wise. So it's not that broken.

yes because the tatsu gets completely stuffed alot of the time and is extremely unsafe. let alone that it doesnt pick up people who are crouching

Yea, but who really counters jump ins on reaction with a tatsu? Usually you go for cr.HP, but it's for a surprise if they do an obvious jump in.
