BTW ur my new DJ teacher, i started DJing just to mess around, and one of my friend saw and he ask me to be play in his party for 6hrs and i did. then he told me im his main DJ now plus his having a party next week.
Hey man, thanks for the videos. You rock! One quick question... When playing that DJ Drop sample, will it stutter to the beat of the track being played like the Air Horn does? Or is there another step to make that happen?
do you need a specific microphone for this? I have a windows laptop, tried using the aux cord from my beats by dre headphones, didn't work out that well
Just wondering? Does this feature also have or have a library of sound effects? Im not sure if it does but i'll ask anyway lol Im not computer savvy. That's my excuse lol
AWESOME"" thank you so much for taking the time to make this video i'm looking forward to learn more... thank you, just one question how did you made your own logo?
orlando medina Usually if I want to make a logo I use Photoshop or Adobe Animate. But the logo used in this video I made in MS-PAINT in about 3 minutes.
Echo Papa, I join the many youtube viewers who thank you for these outstanding instructional videos on VDJ8. They are very well made and very clear to follow. Keep it going! Here is my question: is there a way to add Text overlay or Video using the Video Editor to a recorded sample? I made myself pretty cool DJ drop following the instructions in this one, but I also would have loved to add animated overlay text so I can I bring the Drop in my video mix. 75% of the tracks I use when I DJ are music videos and for the audio only tracks I use Sonique type visualization or video loops, so I am really into Video DJ'ing. What I am trying to get to is something similar to the 3-2-1 video sample that is provided with VDJ8. I watched your video on quick and dirty video samples and I was hoping to be able to use the same technique on the audio sample (the DJ drop) that I created. Unfortunately, it seems that the Video Editor cannot open VDJ sample files. Only Audio or Video tracks. Any ideas?
If you're in video mode in VDJ just click the settings icon next to the text tab. You can pick the font, color and speed your text will scroll at. Just type what you want your screens to project and press "apply". Lastly you press the text button to activate (turn the tab green) your settings.
