For anyone who doesn't know what happened to this young man, he was shot by MP Babu owino at a club where he was a Dj and the culprit is still walking free in the streets of Kenya looking for higher positions in the Government
I feel sympathy for DJ Evolve, but our country is riddled with corruption. It's astonishing that a whole MP could shoot a DJ and then have the case handled outside the court. This kind of mediocrity only seems to happen in Kenya. Babu Owino brought a loaded firearm to a club, fully aware that it violated the club’s policy-that was his first mistake. When an argument arose, he chose to shoot, which cannot be classified as self-defense since he wasn’t under attack. In countries like the U.S., he would likely be behind bars, with his firearm confiscated long ago. Yet, due to his wealth, the judiciary treats this case with a lack of seriousness. I also place some blame on Evolve's family for allowing themselves to be bribed or influenced. Their son’s life has been irrevocably altered. Yes, he’s recovering, but he has lost five years of his life. Greed and corruption are destroying this country. DJ Evolve, there’s no true forgiveness here. If it weren’t for divine intervention, things could have taken a much worse turn. So please stop pretending to forgive someone who has completely changed your life. Money cannot buy back a life.
It wasn't divine intervention that saved him it was well paid doctors in expensive hospitals all paid for by babu owino. Yes whatever happened is unfortunate but if you can do something about it do it instead of complaining

The victim has every right to forgive and feel the way he feels towards the person that inflicted this condition to him, but rule of law ensures that justice is served so that someone doesn't wake up one day, and victimize another.
@@MambaFRX5 capital offences don't work like that. This wasn't a fist fight that you can just 'settle out of court'. The moment you hurt someone to that extent then the state is involved. It becomes an issue of the state vs the culprit. Does the law only work for politicians and rich people? Because if it was a poor person who did this, he would be rotting in jail right now

I don't think god did anything here to be honest because the money that has kept this guy alive was provided by the person who shot him. If god truly is fair he could've stopped the incident or the bullet that injured this guy or even a miracle that would make him not need doctors or medicine

Sometimes the justice and vengeance we seek from the courts is not always right,fact that Babu has invested in his recovery which was reached on an out of court settlement has done wonders plus the hand of God we give thanks always
@@franklinewesala2642 TRUE. they reached an out of court settlement and agreed not to pursue the case. Babu paid all medical expenses and gave the family some money. I'm not supporting the action but you can't change what happened. All we can do is pray for God to heal DJ.
