I am a bangladeshi, but this song, the lyrics hit a different chord. Punjabi is a beautiful language and the emotions in this song resonates with the heartbeat of a Bengali as well. Brings back good memories of 2001 while attending college at Norman, Oklahoma

Not a bad effort! FYI the original singer for Ghallan Ghooriyan was the legendary Noor Jehan, lyrics by Khawaja Pervaiz and from the film Gernail Singh (1986 Pak-Punjabi production). Bhoohey Bhaarian which this ends with was sung by Hadiqa Kiani in the 90s and lyrics by Khawar.
