Hardcore once upon a time was an england thing.now in 2021 drum and bass seems to be a global thing.but it came from that english scene that itself grew out of acid house.but for me the hardcore and jungle scenes of the early 90s were much more representitive of the parts of london we grew up in then the insular acid house people.thats not to say it was just a london thing.just thats were im from .shouts to the hardcore/jungle crews from coventry,leicester,birmingham,manchester and the southern counties.but im sure the ravers from those places would say much the same.
