DJ Khaled chats about blowing up on Snapchat, releasing his 9th album and finally working with Jay Z, becoming a father and much more with The Breakfast Club. #BreakfastClub
I remember back in the day people always used to hate on him and I never understood why cuz he was cool and chill, couple years later people all on his dick now
Folk can hate on Khaled but he aint hurting nobody...all he doin is tryin to inspire...but wit that being said maaaan this dude is hilarious...oh n the album is DOPE (imo)
+#LinkPlug n thats your opinion A$AP Rocky...preciate the comment...with that being said...a lot of ppl are not that sold on it...so my disclaimer was its dope to me before anyone tried to bash or tell me how garbage it was
I'm just glad Khaled finally getting his. I'm from Miami, and I remember seeing this dude go from DJing at lowkey clubs, to hosting radio, and then all of a sudden he got on BET dropping hit records. People really undermine what he does in music.
I love how Envy hit it on the nose..I used to think Khaled was a cornball, wannabe..back in the day..but he definitely grew into his own, and I definitely support his movement. Very inspirational dude.
Where was Khaled when Aldon Smith was having a smoke out session on Periscope when he facing a ten game suspension for smoking out,he didn't secure his bag, cant blame it on they either
+Andre Skelton ikr, but dude got to be a idiot, that messed me up when I heard him say his name on video,so you know he will snitch on you easy, dont do no dirt around him.
+Sonia Gine Gonzalez I haven't heard tha song so Idk if it didn't make sense or not but, to be honest I never liked Kendricks rhythms he chose to use it's just boring to me so I'm pretty sure Big Sean did have better Rhythm and Flow
Keyser Soeze you probably right he probably did have tha best verse lyrically but when it comes to rhythm and flow and riding tha beat best I doubt that Kendrick had tha best flow his rhythms be boring just saying
I know alot of people think Khaled is cocky, but the man is just being honest and humble. And he's CONCRETE about negative vibes and how much THEY want us to fail, fight, etc. Shit is gone off the deep end all over this planet. And Nas Album Done is a FIRE ass song. I play that shit like 15 times a day at least...
D.J. Khaled is a legend in the making. He's just such a great person, it must feel great to be in a room in with him and just feel his energy and catch some vibezzzzz.
To me he has everything, money, a house, a wife, a kid on the way and whatever else he has and the fact that he still wants to further his career is huge...Respect DJ Khaled🔑🔑
I appreciate this PARTICULAR segment... Charlemagne you are the BEST.. Your honesty and straight forwardness is AMAZING... DJ Khaled KEEP up the good work....
I absolutely love Khaled's positive attitude. At the end of the day hip hop should be positive because hip hop has blessed many families. I love that although Khaled has made it he still shows love to everyone in the game. Best interview on the breakfast club ever!
You have to respect dj kahlid , he's one hell of a motivational speaker and he's proved what he's saying! I might just have to go get my landscape game on from tomorrow!
+Mohamed Sagna that song is cool but it didn't fit. After all that 🔥 i heard. I thought the last track was gonna be insane. But i was saying wtf is this. Cool track tho
that would be dope because every song they collaborated on was fire. but nas is my favorite rapper & if i had to chose on a joint nas album i think one with jay z would be epic
i heard his new one is with Ross but Ross is just executive produceing because Ross probably has the best ear for beats And that has always been Nas biggest problem
I needed to see that interview. I'm usually so positive but I've been in a rut worried about things in my life, being around negative and unbalanced situations and my life not going the way I want it to. Khalid just spoke those positive words and just put out undeniable positivity. I have to practice that and be more careful about my surroundings and the energy around me. I flourish around this kind of talk. Negative vibes and people fighting etc even if I'm not a part of it it can get into my system. I'd much rather figure out how to secure my bags. I releasing all negativity today!!!! AMEN AMEN AMEN
I feel like Kevin hart & DJ Khaled shouldn't have haters. It's hard to hate on kev and Khaled cause they too positive. Niggas tried coming at Kevin and he responded with compliments
I didn't know who Khaled was before his all interviews/snaps but I found him to be hilarious and oddly right about the things he speaks on... in my eyes this man got the fame he has right now because of his personality and to ME there's NOTHING wrong with that, I actually respect/admire it. The people that talk ish need to stop hating on him and calling him dumb, obviously hes smarter than you if he has you talking about him and giving him MORE fame :) Don't be bitter... give props!
I listened to this interview, I went to listen to the album (GREAT) and i'm listening to 'Forgive me Father' and I just realised, Khaleds made a scholarly album and worth a grammy nomination at least. Best of Luck Khaled!
See the thing about @djkhaled is that he dont got no fake character he is himself he just making music and creating hits with no gimmicks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this actually khaled's best album yet. i didn't skip one track. thank you khaled for not wasting my time and money by giving me good high quality music.
french definitely recorded khaled's mother to be closer to 50 bc french was still doing little mixtapes and wanted that validation but got sold out by 50 so he flipped the script when he realized that 50 was disloyal and that khaled was someone he needed on his side if he wanted longevity in the music industry.
